What my approach is?

My therapeutic approach is Post-rationalist, focusing on emotions and the way each person constructs meaning from their experiences. Together, we explore how you interpret what happens to you, how your emotions are organized.

I also work with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy focuses on your strengths and resources, helping you find practical and effective solutions to the challenges you face, in a specific period of time.

Consultation call

​This is a free 15-minute phone call for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you might have about my process. I will do my best to answer as many as possible

Your choice

Take your time to decide whether to start the process or not. If I'm not the counsellor for you which is completely fine. You have to find the therapist that's right for you.

Otherwise. I will send you a questionnaire with important information and a consent form. The questionnaire is very helpful because the more I know about you, the better I can support you

Book first session

Once you give me the documents. I will book a 50-minute appointment in the mode that suits you best. In the first session, we will co-construct your therapy goals together

I would be really happy to start this process together, a journey full of self-awareness and discovery!
